Shipping

We ship all in-stock orders within 3 days of receiving it, via UPS or USPS. Your shipping options and cost will be outlined at the time of checkout. Shipping costs will be calculated in accordance with the total volumetric weight of your order and applicable state and/or local taxes. You may track your order via the USPS or UPS website after your order has shipped. Upon shipping you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.

International deliveries may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, and Caudex is not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs/duties whatsoever. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control. For further information on custom and excise policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.

Although we try our best to ensure packages are delivered in a timely manner, shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Once a package is shipped we have no control over how long it will take to arrive. We also have no control over whether or not your package is delayed in your country’s customs office. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment for these reasons.

We may arrange shipping orders via other carriers (DHL, FedEx, etc) on a special request basis. We also provide courier services for all local deliveries within New York City. Please email us at studio@caudexstudio.com to arrange for specialized shipping.

Returns & Refunds

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

All of our items are handmade, so some variation is expected. If you believe the variation is in excess of this or that there is some fault in manufacture, please contact us. We are happy to exchange or correct all reasonable requests.

Gift cards are exempt from refunds.
